Scarlett Bartlett is a forward-thinking and innovative business management and communications strategist. She maintains operational clarity to deliver effective and impactful results amidst complex issues. Scarlett brings to her role as Operations Manager of MCLD more than 20 years of experience as a Business Manager and Director of Promotions for highly creative and innovative companies such as Skidmore Owings and Merrill, one of the most prestigious architectural firms in the world, as well A&M Records and the Whisky a Go-Go.

Scarlett’s most recent position prior to MCLD was at renowned Reed Hilderbrand Landscape Architecture, where she led the development of the office from 5 to more than 25 employees. That work encompassed directing the evolution of all technology, communication, organizational and cultural systems. She prepared winning national and regional award submissions, including the prestigious President’s Award of Excellence from the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Scarlett was also the Executive Producer for We’re Leaving, a short film accepted at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival and picked up for European distribution by Canal+ France.
